Iowa Chicago & Eastern 6091 with HLCX and CITX power leading ECSCC? at Elmwood Park with derailment

This is the sight of the CN 8854 derailment.It wasn't so serious, just a tank car derailed and CN 8854 was sent back to Junction 16.Meanwhile I was out to check out the derailment and an IC&E ethanol train passed.The lead was IC&E SD40-2 #6091 and an HLCX SD40-2 and a CITX SD40-2.If you can figure out the identification number for the HLCX and CITX power I'll be grateful.Recorded on 2/25/11.
